a great day! When we saw the weather it was OH OH!!; but being St Leonards
Hospital we were lucky as we could all be inside in the warm.
welcomed our Mayor John Muggleton and his escort daughter Sandra Bird.
The Mayor opened the fair and did a tour taking time to talk to all
the stall holders.
braving the elements were the Shetland ponies. The Police Quod bikes
the Plants, Face painting Tombola and teas and coffee.
we had a raffle, jewellery, cakes, make up, perfume, paint a biscuit
in icing, wood turned goods, home made signs, cup candles, jewellery,
soaps, bags. toys and many more something for everyone.
Linda Barber won the TV that was donated by Holman’s of Ferndown
and Wimborne. Therefore, our great thanks go to Holman’s.
a wonderful day we all had, and we would like to thank the stallholders
and you the public for making it such a great day.
would like to personally thank all of the friends and the staff of the
hospital for helping to make the day such a success.
it was a pleasure to welcome our Mayor John Muggleton and Sandra,He
kindly put on his full robes to visit our patients who are currently
residing in St Leonards, our patients were very excited to see the Mayor
and were still talking about it the next day.
things like this along with all the kindness that the staff show all
our patients go a long way to helping there recovery so we thank John
and the Staff.

job. Thanks go to Linda Barber for coming along and helping us for the
day.; and she ended up winning the star prize. How lucky was that!
